摘 要:通过比较不同功率Er,cr:YSGG激光照射结合自酸蚀粘接剂处理后非龋性硬化牙本质表面的微观形貌和粗糙度,筛选改善非龋性硬化牙本质粘接效果最佳的激光使用功率。方法:选择具有龋性硬化牙本质的牛牙24颗,随机分为6组,每组4颗,其中A组作为空白对照组,其余5组分别进行AdperEasyOne酸蚀(B组),涡轮机处理+AdperEasyOne酸蚀(c组)以及功率分别为2W,4W,6W的Er,cr:YSGG激光+AdperEasyOne酸蚀处理(D,E,F组)。使用三维形貌扫描仪量化其表面粗糙度;使用扫描电镜来观察经处理后的各组非龋性硬化牙本质表面的微观形貌并使用图像分析软件计算牙本质小管开放率。结果:A—F组中E组的表面粗糙度最高,C组与E组之间无统计学差异;B组的表面粗糙度最低。使用图像分析软件分析扫描电镜照片得知,从A组到F组,开放程度依次提高,其中E、F组之间无统计学差异。结论:在本研究中,功率为4w的Er,Cr:YSGG激光能最有效地改善非龋性硬化牙本质的表面形态,提高非龋性硬化牙本质的粘接效果。
By comparing investigate the changes of surface micromorphology and roughness of non-carious sclerotic dentin treated by combination ofEr, Cr:YSGG with various power and the self-etch adhesive, the suitable service power to produce the optimal bonding results of non-carious sclerotic dentin was obtained. Methods :twenty-four bovine incisors with non-carious sclerotic dentin were randomly divided into six groups(four incisors each group). The group A was left untreated .The group B was treated with Adper Easy One adhesive only .The group C was treated by diamond bur ,and then with Adper Easy One adhesive. The group D,E and F were treated by the Er, Cr:YSGG laser with 2W,4W and 6W power respectively , followed with Adper Easy One .Then using 3D morphology scanner to quantify the surface roughness , afterwards,FESEM to observe the surface micromorphology of each group, and using the Image Pro Plus 3.0 software to measure the relative percentage of open tubule area, the data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance and SNK-q test (p=0.05). Results: the group E shows the highest roughness value and the group B shows the lowest roughness value. The difference between group E and C was not statistically significant (P〉0.05) . The relative percentage(%) of open tubule area in group A-E was gradually increased. The difference between the group E and F was not statistically significant (P〉0.05) .Conclusion : in this study , 4W is the suitable service power of Er,Cr:YSGG laser to improve the boding results of noncarious sclerotic dentin according to the surface micromorphology.
